Hello,
Looks like you are prone for apthous ulcers. You need to think of reducing your stress levels by adapting yoga into your lifestyle and avoid alcoholic/carbonated beverages and acidic food/drink.Eat fresh fruits/vegetables and take a course of multivitamin tablets for 30 days.Have plenty of yogurt.

Hi sir...There is no definitive cure for ulcer in mouth. Only thing that can be done is check for sharp tooth or edges. If found have to be smoothened out.Have diet rich in vitamins C and B12 .Apply kwikcool gel to ulcer area. Ulcers are self limiting .They do wear off on their own.If you are too stressed also ulcers keep coming back ...try to relax your mind. .All the best.
