Have fever yellow urine

My baby is having fever since 2 days no cough, cold runny nose , no loose motions, vomiting. Passing yellow urine today.taaking medicine crocin syp.4 ml 3 times from yesterday ,what is the reason for yellow urine???

Hi Your child having fever only then cause of yellow urine is most probably due to dehydration. Give plenty of liquid. Semisolid soft diet.
