Have constipation
It is very hard to bowel.. And stool comes dry, drink a lot water still it does not recover every second week problem occours.

Yup its the problem of many peoples now a day because our lifestyle has became like these...and its better to treat early because constipation is the only cause for almost all anorectal disease like piles,fissure,fistula and others..if its nt control then these all problems will not get heal easily and these all are very painful diseases...so try to relive ur constipation...i m prescribing some medicine it will help u for ur constipation...

1.GH vati (shankar pharmacy) 2 tab at bedtime with luke warm water. 2.Avipattikar churna 1 tsp before lunch with luke warm water... 3. Triphala churna 1 tsp after ur dinner with luke warm water... one panchkarma course like basti us very beneficial for these... Take 2 tsp of Cows ghee before ur meals means both time...if u dnt like to take ghee directly mix with ur rice or sabji...but u have to take 2tsp compoulsory

dint drink too many water drink water when u feel thirsty...and take luke warm water for drinking.... take fruits because fruits contain fibres which is necssary for proper digestion... Avoid non veg because it is hard to digest... And get some til taila or some thing 5 to 6 drops near.umblicus and do a massage from up to down and then do hot fomentation over there... Follow all these it will be very beneficial for you....
