Have a bump on frenulum lingual
Having a tissue growth below my tongue ... And I am worried about it ? I have no symptoms of any health issues with this ... Bit it looks very odd... And I feel it's growing every day, have this bump since 2 months now ... Is it any type of Cancer ??? Ease suggest me .. Thank you...

Appears like a fibroma. It is not cancerous Needs excision a small surgical procedure done under local anaesthesia
