Hate sweets on periods
Hi All, I love sweets but I hate it before periods for 2-3 days. Even sometimes thinking of sweets makes me nauseous on period days. Why is that so? And on others day, I enjoy eating sweets in moderation. Thanks in advance 😊

You should take it as a blessing in disguise. Refined sugars are not good for your carbohydrate metabolism. So it is God's way of protecting you from diseases. On a serious note, there is no scientific explanation for this. You may try homoeopathic medicines because whenever there is no scientific explanation for a disease, the homoeopaths give you some thing . You will never know if it worked because your disease is also intermittent.
