Headache post eating sweets/outside food

Asked for Male, 42 Years

I have a severe headache and sweating for approx 45 mins after eating sweets or outside food. I dont have diabetes. HBA1C is 5.6 and random blood test is 110. Then why am i getting headache. This issue has started approx 6 to 8 months back. Im 42 years and 76 kgs and in good shape. Please advise.
