Avoid non vegetarian food. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. You can intake any vegetables, cereals, millets, pulses etc. Can intake adequate amount of dairy products. Do yoga /pranayama or any exercise of your choice regularly. Follow a strict diet schedule and daily routine. Wake up before 7 and sleep before 9.

At your age for hormonal imbalance - Take a balanced diet with enough proteins .Avoid too much of refined carbs Regular Exercise / brisk walk is very much important Avoid Overeating and Undereating. Do some meditation . Take some ayurvedic medicine for good digestion . Or consult if you have any other problem like diabetes , anxiety, obesity etc
