In case of females there can be PCOD resulting in hormonal imbalance. And imbalance in thyroid hormone levels also cause skin changes in all. They can include hyperpigmentation(darkening) of face and body, thickening of skin on neck, pimples on face mostly lower face, people also start to have skin tags and also hair fall
