Whenever I eat chapati of barley, wheat and chickpeas flour, I get hard stools the next day.
But when I eat wheat daliya with little pulses, or rava upma, or daal chawal khichdi, the stool is fine the next day.
This has start
ed happening since 5 months, when I got piles and fissures.
Should I stop eating chapatis?
I drink juices, water and fruits for hydration to prevent dehydration.

More than the constituents of chapati it is the amount of water that you consume with food. Dalia , pulses, rava upma, daily chaval khichdi, all have more water than a dry chapati made of coarse grain.
So you should have daal or vegetables full of gravy, curds, chhachh along with your chapati your stools will be fine next day.

You need not stop eating these substances.try adding vegetables and fruits to your diet rather than fruit juices.water is enough for hydration if your diet is otherwise ok
Eat small frequent meals and drink 10-12 glass luke warm water (2 glass every 4 hr) to remain adequately hydrated. Hard stools means body is in sever stat of dehydration and taking water even from mucus. Colon is dry and that’s why you had fissures
