Hard lymph node
About a week ago i noticed my lymph node under my jaw was sore. Almost as if i had been punched in the jaw, it feels a little better now but if i touch the area now there is a hard unmovable mass that is sensitive to the touch, how serious could this be ?

You are a young male with a hard swelling in neck with tenderness.
Acute onset tender swelling should be lymph node as you have suspected.
Since it a week old may be you need to meet a doctor now who might perform certain blood investigations and give you medicines including antibiotics and antiinflammatories.
