Hard bumps on back of head
Hello, my 16 year old son has developed some brown - black raised bumps on back of his head .. there are about 4 in a row .. can you please guide what it is ? He does nt have itching or any specific sensation .. please guide

Likely a  deep folliculitis( hair follicle infection) or keloidal acne..treatable with creams, antibiotics, injections.pls consult
