Hard pimple on back of head
I have a hard pimple on the scalpe, backside of my head. Its been there for years and now it looks like its growing. What could be the reason?

I am assuming it is asymptomatic. That looks like an appendageal tumour. Likely a hair follicle tumor. These tumors are benign and non worrying. However some get infected if you accidentally cause injury to it. Getting it completely removed by a dermatologist is the best solution
