Hard bump on upper stomach

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have this large bump/lump on my stomach since the last few days and i usually have such pimple type things here and there but this time this one hasnt formed any puss yet. Also, it has pain, but not a lot. And it is hard to touch. Is it something to worry about?
