  4. Hands pain holding an object. Slow pace.

Hands pain holding an object
I experience extreme pain upon holding some moderately heavy object on my right hand(2-3 kilos). I don’t remember of any injury that could have caused this. Its been like this from last three months, I feel its recovering but at a very slow pace.
