  4. Hand shivering. Shivering and it stops!

Since yesterday whenever I was talking with mobile my right hand is shivering for 30 seconds and automatically it gets stopped... yesterday it was happened for three to four times and today also it happened two times till now... suddenly my hand starts shivering and it stops
