Hello sir... When I'm sitting placing my hands on my lap my hands are mildly shaking... moving... With each heart rhythm... I'm also having palpitations Also feeling pulse in abdomen... Did cbc,EcG was Normal.. I'm having anxiety...🥺 What is this
