HAND MUSCLE LOSS AFTER ACCIDENT.

Dear doctor, I had an accident on 18.05.2022 , and got wounds on my left hand... The doctor had an x ray and found the bones to be normal.. So the matter is , the muscle tissues of hand got scattered. Also my left thigh had a swelling with puss and discharge inside.. ( somewhat like haematoma ).. So, on 24.05.2022 , I went through a surgery by (M. Ch. )Plastic surgeon, in which my skin of hand was removed and hand was cleaned from inside.. Also the doctor made a hole in my thigh to drain off the puss.. And did the dressing ... Since then, there is no or very less progress and the hand and thigh are still getting dressed. So i went to another surgeon, and he has suggested two more surgeries of hand ( skin grafting ) and of thigh ( because of low amount of puss still forming there ). So, being economically weak and having afraid of another surgery.. I am writing this, to get help that can this get treated without anymore surgery?
