Hand fracture
I broke my hand (5th metacarpal) at the base by the wrist, and had X-rays and ct to confirm the break. Hand was placed in the cast for 3 week. The cast has now came off I've had no other X-rays or scans on the break. I still have pain at the source and no strength in my hand at all is this normal. Surgery was being considered originally.

Because of the cast and immobility the hand would be stiff some muscles tightcsbdvsine weak
I can recommend exercises that you can do for your hand at home to get rid of weakness and tightness and get back the strength
