My parents used to shout at each other really bad because of their personal issues usually at night time and I've been a witness to this all my life till the time I was staying with them. Now, im staying separately but developed this weird hallucination of hearing people shouting out of no where even when there's absolute silence around me. Also, I cant take loud noises. This hallucinating sounds appears quite a few times per week and it has heightened now with intermittent occurrences in daytime as well.
Is there a solution to this or will it go away with its own time? If possible, please help. Thanks.

Hello
Based on what your have written, it is very imp for you to get a psychiatric eval done. It is possible that u may not be suffering from hallucinations at all. Hallucinations are frequently confused with imagery and a skilled clinical psychologist will quickly be able to figure it out.
However, whether or not you are suffering from hallucinations, u will benefit from a formal consultation with a professional so that you know what needs to be done and can continue living your life in peace.

Hi. First of all, I am glad that you are sharing your concerns. The best thing to do at this moment is to consult a psychiatrist, so that the professional can assess the severity of your problem and can suggest you the best intervention.
Hi, good to know that you have built yourself and is now independent. Sometimes while going through time we get impacted. Please know that, when we are out of the situation and are healing some symptoms also subside or fade away. Then would surface when we face similar situation or any distressful situation. Cause the impact remains.
It is always recommended to take professional help in certain situations, like, one you are facing. As mentioned that they are growing. So, I would, like to recommend to seek psychiatric help and make sure to have psychology sessions as well.
Psychiatrist will help you to manage with medicines and clinical psychologist will help you maintain the emotional health with therapies. Both are needed hand by hand specifically for you. To have healthy life ahead.
Take care and all the best
Hi, I do understand your difficulty. Your stressful and traumatic life events might have contributed to your present state of hallucinatory experiences .
Next Steps
Consult with a psychiatrist. Along with that sessions with a therapist will help. For example, CBT(cognitive behavioral therapy,) which focuses on changes in thinking and behavior, helps to manage your symptoms better.
According to.me, I feel you are very much disturbed by your parents fights and their shouts.
Even though you have moved out of them, the anger and the irritation against is what may be disturbing you like this.
You might overcome this by handling the inner anger against them from within you..
Next Steps
You can seek a professional support to overcome this issue within you.
You can always reach me for further discussion.
Hello there! I appreciate your effort to come forward and address the issue in hand. Hallucination falls under the category of psychosis where one is not intact with the reality. It's better to clarify the nature of such auditory hallucinations(if any).
Next Steps
Keeping in mind your current situation, I would recommend you to have a face to face interaction with a psychologist to clarify whether it's auditory hallucination or not. Feel free to book an appointment so that we can discuss it further.
