Hallucinations
Hello doctors, sometimes I am thinking that my life could have been like this, for example, if I had a brother my life would be like this. Is this called hallucination? Do we have dizziness because of this kind of hallucinations? Please help.

You are overthinking..... which might make you more fatigue and in turn can lead to dizziness. It seems to be hypochondriasis. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert Homeopathic physician who is a good psychologist.

If you believe you may be experiencing hallucinations, it is best to consult a psychiatrist and get tested. After which, if you find out that you do indeed experience hallucinations, you can try out medication or therapy. In case you find out that you do not experience hallucinations, but something similar to anxiety or rumination, Therapy can be helpful. Best Wishes.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist and get confirmation.

Hi.. No, it is called rumination. Hallucinations include sensations (hear, see, touch, smell, etc.) that do not really exist. It's a completely different thing. Based on what you have shared it appears you feel very lonely at times and your mind starts ruminating about possibilities that do not exist. But it is different from hallucinations because those ruminations do not include any physical sensations that appear completely real.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling using Psychoanalytic Approach is required.
