Hello my hair went white at the age of 24 . What can I do to control it and bring it back to black . Using of any die is also not recommended.

if there is family history of premature greying then reversal to normal is very difficult. but if family history is absent then improving diet with rich in fruits and vegetable of various colours will help . apart from that calcium pentothenate 200mg ( kerablak) and biotin tablet containing PABA will also help. serums containing melatonin will help . but it shoul be continued for 6-8 months
