Hairfall problem
My hair has been falling a lot during quarantine.so I decided to zero trim with a trimmer(not shaving) my head. Is it good for my hair.will it damage my hair further?will it make hair grow thicker?.what shall I do for hairfall?.also I have habit of masturbating daily.does it affect hairfall.i only sleep for 5-6 hours daily does it affect my hair.any home remedies for hairfall which is effective
