Hair problem
I m havng 2 to 3 pimples on my scalp due to which i m having hair fall from roots.i have dry hair.i use tresseme hair spa rejuvenation shampoo should i change it?what should i do to treat this pimples which products should i use?plz suggest me product tht won't affect my hair and the one which can stop my hairfall

Hello there.
The pimples which you are talking about seems like some sort of infection.
Could be a bacterial or a fungal infection.
Consult a dermatologist as a careful examination of the lesion is required. Only then anything can be said.
