Hair loss problem
I have a excessive hair loss problem. When i use shampoo there is excessive hair loss after doing it, I use tressme shampoo and because of my curly hairs my hairs get tangled and after combing it there is lot of breakage of my hair. I don't know why there is so much hair loss, it is because of my shampoo or because of vitamins. Kindly, suggest which shampoo I can use for less breakage and to increase the growth of hair. And also please tell how to stop getting my hair tangled.

Hairfall in females can be due to many causes hormonal , nutritional issue ,pcos , stress , sudden wt loss ,fad diets . Shampoos hav no role in hair growth or hair fall .u can use SLS free shampoo and a serum on wet hair post shampoo to reduce frizz .hairfall needs to addressed by proper consultation, scalp evaluation and detailed history
