Hair fall with Telogen effulium
I have hairfall and was diagnosed with Telogen effulium. I am under proanagen and livogenz tablets. My iron level was 10 with ferritin 6 ng/ml. I am noticing my hair is overall thinned with low ponytail weight. Now hairfall is reduced with medication. But hair fallen has some white thing attached to it at ends. Even I had dandruff. It's coming to control. I am worried on the white bulb at the ends of hair. So should I stop the medication or continue. I had a baby who is 2 years now. All problem started after 1 year of delivery.

Treatment depends on the severity....You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Telogen effluvium causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
