Hair fall problems
Whenever I fall ill, for a long period of time, I start losing my hair to a large extent. I searched for this problem on the internet and was told that it is the telogen phase. I have other friends who fall ill too but they never lose their hair. I need an advice to prevent my hair after the sick days and also want to know how to keep my hair healthy and good looking. I have faced this problem two times.

Telogen effluvim is hair loss related to stress or post infection. We see it regularly in clinical practice. Pls improve your diet esp the calcium and protein part. You can use biotin based supplement in the meanwhile. It usually recovers in 3 months. Regards
