Hair Fall .
I am having hair fall . Its not much but slowly it is causing male pattern baldness to me. Approx 4 cm area at above forehead both sides is becoming bald. I fear if this is some kind of alopecia. Please suggest me some good therapy oil or serum to reduce my hair fall and regrow faster and make my hair thick to some. extent. I am aslo suffering from itchy dandruff since few days

First get rid off any tension if u have then check hb level , hormonal assessment and keep ur self away from pollution apply oil at night and soft massage and twice weekly shampoo.minoxidil effect will be temporary.
And dont worry forMale pattern baldness .

Yes u have thinning of scalp at frontal areas which is common site for male pattern baldness.suggest you to start applying on concerned area minoxidil lotion twice daily.along with that get prp treatment done by dermatologist.
