Hair fall during chicken pox

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I caught chicken pox from sunday(20-05-‘18). I am experiencing heavy hair fall. I started noticing almost one week befor the infection caught. How can I manage this situation? I am a mother of 4 month old baby and breat feed her. Please guide me with effective methods including suppliments. Thank you
