Hair fall & closed comedones on face
I have been having closer comedones that turn into scary acne and hairfall and thinning since the past 3-4 months. Skin has been dull and dry. My vitamin d levels are quite low and have been taking supplements. Please suggest me treatment for my condition

Do you have any irregular periods associated with it Bcoz in PCOS you get acne irregular periods ? Get ur hb and thyroid test ? In both you may get dry and scaly skin and hair fall Take vit d supplements
