Hair fall and hair thinning
My daughter's hairfall started since she was 15, it was shedding a lot due to stress. Since thnn there has been baby hair growth but it's very slow. The hair fall has reduced but its is still a lot. She is comparatively less stressed but even then the hair fall is not stopping. Thickness has reduced to half. Could it be vitamin deficiencies if so how can it be helped? Any hair oil suggestions? (she also has dandruff but it's not that much and also split ends) or any suggestions on how grow hair hair fast and increase thickness. Thank you.

Hi there. Thanks for writing in. A few clear pics of the problem your daughter is facing may be useful to help us in our assessment. Hair fall 🍂 upto 50-100 or so per day is a normal and should not be distressing. Yes, stress is a major issue in matters related to the hair and kids are even more affected by this in addition to the stressors of their teenage years. This needs to be handled gently by your Dermatologist and someone she relates to (as do you) will be your ideal choice of Dermatologist. Hair oils per se have no bearing on hair growth when applied topically and only help in providing lustre to hair; they may help in suppressing dandruff temporarily. So not the most useful I'm sorry to say. For a more detailed Discussion and clear management pathway on how to manage your hair fall issues and promote good stronger thicker hair, kindly get in touch 📥 directly via an INSTANT ONLINE Consultation ASAP or when time permits 🙏
Health Tips
A good balanced diet rich in Iron, Trace elements, Vit ACDE, biotin, Omega 3 fatty acids and high in protein will best help you develop a thicker mane. The exact food groups will depend on your personal preferences as a vegetarian or non-vegetarian as the case may be. A dietitian's  assessment and a child psychologist or counselor will be useful additions to your consulting panel 🙏
