Haemoglobin 8.9
Hi doctors My wife is 15 weeks 3 days into pregnancy. Her haemoglobin was 9.7 at 12 weeks and now after 15 weeks it is 8.9. How to increase haemoglobin naturally and quickly??

Don’t worry u still have ample time to increase Hb. Eat anar , beet root, apples, spinach and other leafy greens. High protein diet . Also take iron tablets. Visit ur gynaecologist

Take iron rich diet Start iron tablet along with vit c If tolerating well you can take iron tablet twice as well
