Low level Hemoglobin in body mainly occur due to lack of nutrition in your diet but u must consult a physician because low HB level can indicate other disease such as anaemia ,kidney disease, hyperthyroidism,iron deficiency anemia
So pls rule out the other cause and take proper diet and treatment

Hallo sir , you need to understand one thing that your body need nutrients to generate haemoglobin, like iron, foil acid, vitamins, minerals like zinc ,copper etc.
Sometimes in response to decrease in HB body tries to produce more but dre may b problem with absorption of above said components or metabolism to absorb these .. if so how much ever you take supplimentation it vil not be picked up by body

1st check by which deficiency you have anaemia
Go for complete haemogram, if needed Iron profile like tibc, etc
The haemoglobin correction takes long time like 3 months for proper correction
