Recently diagnosed with HA1BC level is 11.2 and fasting sugar is 300 and post is 480. I wana reverse everything with out medicine.. Anyone help me plz??

Because you are young we can try for remission of Diabetes. Any stage of Diabetes, diet and exercise are important. Please consult Diabetologist, to control sugar first and then focus on reversal of Diabetes. It would be a safer option.

I'm sorry your blood sugar are so high
Medication must
After your blood sugar comes under control we cab try other options like exercise and diet to maintain normal blood sugar
