Good morning... As there is H pylori infection, it causes gaseous distension of abdomen and bad breath too.. And also she's on a lot of medication. - Give her small quantities of light food or snacks every 2 hours, drink plenty of water or in the form of liquids like fruits and vegetables. - brisk walking  frequently, if immobile also increases distension of abdomen and become uncomfortable.
Next Steps
get an abdomen scan if the pain has not subsided.
Health Tips
counsel her to not think much about it, as she's on treatment explain her that it will take time to get the results and not to get stressed out thinking about it, as aggravates the problem. ask her stay calm and relaxed.
