After intercourse her bleeding start same date of her previous periods date (before intercourse) and next month her bleeding again start like periods bleeding pattern also same previous periods bleeding and after intercourse 38 days letter she took pregnancy test in evening result is negative but her next 3rd period not coming.is she pregnant?

During menses also there is rare probability of being pregnant. Also get a per speculum examination done to r/o bleeding due to polyp or cervical erosion.
Next Steps
Get a pregnancy test done again. Visit to the gynaecologist irrespective of the pregnancy test results.
