Hi, I am 20 years old, I am confused about my chest fat condition whether it is gyno or chest fat.,I am suffering from this for 8 years. I personally checked my chest, there is no lump in my chest, but it is very embarrassing in my day to day life, because it's like female breast. Please suggest a best solution to check it's gyno or not? And Also suggest me the permanent solution of this problem.

Please get an opinion of an endocrinologist if you have any other symptoms .it may simply be fat .a loss of 5 kilos with strength training can help.
