I am 37 weeks pregnant as per LMP. My doctor confirmed that my baby has late onset assymetric IUGR. I only have two weeks more. What can I do to improve my baby weight?

Rest and concentrate on your diet...high in proteins and some arginine sachets...get a Doppler scan done...be on regular monitoring..

Rest and high protein diet are two ways to help increase baby weight. You may be put on some supplements and other medicines by your doctor. But all these can help only to a certain extent. Important is to make sure that baby is moving well inside the womb and to get yourself checked regularly as per your doctors advice. Depending on the extent of iugr, an earlier delivery may need to be planned.
