I am suffering from PCO. I am on medication right now. My medicines are.: 1. Evecare 2. HEMFER 3. Meprate 4. Ovacet. Please tell me does any of these medicines increases hairfall. Because I am having excess hairfall. OR Will these medicines help to reduce hairfall and increase hair growth as the duration of medication passes? I am extremely worried about it.

DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN. SEE PCOD IS NOT A DISEASE BUT ACHANGE HAPPENED DUE TO YOUR DERANGED LIFESTYLE AND STRESS. YOUR HAIR LOSS IS ALSO BECAUSE OF THE SAME THING. IF YOU WANT TO REGULARISE YOUR PERIOD THEN YOU WOUOLD BE TAKING THE ABOVE DRUGS. BUT THEN THE PERIODS WOULD BE NORMAL TILL YOU ARE ON THE DRUGS. ONCE YOU STOP THEM YOUR PERIODS WOULD RETURN TO THE SAME AS THEY WERE BEFORE. YOU WOULD ALSO HAVE A TENDENCY TO GAIN WEIGHT. YOU CAN USE ARNIKA PLUS HAIR OIL FOR YOUR HAIR FALL, BUT THEN YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE STRESS YOU ARE TAKING

None of these medicines will heal you and stop hairfall. In fact Meprate is a synthetic hormone which can create further imbalance in your body if used long term. If you really want to know the root cause of this issue and heal, please read my blogs on www.truhealing.com or practo health feeds. Hope that helps

Hairfall is one of the common problems with the patients of pcos. Medication is not causing it. It may o reduce with medication. What about your TSH levels?are they  normal? stick to healthy diet and lifestyle. It might help..worrying will only worsen it.
