Gym for fibromyalgia
I have Fibromyalgia : severe pain in my neck and upper back and middle back. Have taken lots of physiotherapies like - ultra sound, IFT, myotheraphy, and aqua-theraphy. But the pain and the muscle stiffness is not reducing. Can I go to gym and strengthen the muscles instead? Will it worsen my condition?
