Gym for fibromyalgia
I have Fibromyalgia : severe pain in my neck and upper back and middle back. Have taken lots of physiotherapies like - ultra sound, IFT, myotheraphy, and aqua-theraphy. But the pain and the muscle stiffness is not reducing. Can I go to gym and strengthen the muscles instead? Will it worsen my condition?

if proper therapy followed by exercises are done then u will get fitness to work out in gym. please check your vitamin d3 level which will help u in recovering of muscles. usually in long standing pain the level will be low which will hinder in recovery. keep ur body warm. take bath in warm water morning and before sleep. do stretching exercises for the back frequently.
