As you are already suffering with the back pain, it is not advisable to start gym.
First reduce the pain, get proper assessment as why the pain is and get treatment, then you can start the gym.
Consult online/offline for proper assessment, get proper treatment, reduce the lower back pain then go for the exercises.
hello,
if you have low back pain kindly get a proper assessment and treatment from a nearby physiotherapist
we don't know how much you having the low back pain or how intensely you have pain so without assessment we can't able to tell anything
You can't perform all the activities. But you can do exercises that don't stress your back. But treat your back 1st as your pain subsides, continue to exercise with lower intensity and then after 1-2 weeks return to your original pace.
Next Steps
I would suggest that treating your back should be your priority rather than going to the gym.
Health Tips
Don't do activities that will increase your pain. Also don't bend and pick up weighted stuff.
