Gym after gall stone surgery
Can I go to the gym after 3 months of gall stone surgery(laproscopic surgery), If not when I can go to the gym. I don't have any problem now , no pain .

You can go to  Gym. I hope you understand the difference between you going to Gym and Akshay Kumar or Tiger Shroff going to Gym.

You can do exercise but firstly you should do mild exercise to increase your stamina . Exercise is necessary to each and everyone but depend on body exercise can be different type. So take consultation to know your body and then do exercise according to your body. In Gall stone case patient should avoid the fatty diet and to prevent the reoccurrence don't take fat, oil , red meet, butter and ghee etc Patient shuld take seasonal fruits and vegetable.
