Yellow along gum lines probably is calculus
That causes gum inflammation and subsequent bone loss!
And thats why teeth become shaky
Get scaling and polishing done
Evaluate bone levels by OpG
Make sure there are no calcium and vit d3 deficiency
And diabetes too
