Gum swelling and bleeding

From last 4 month gum is bleeding and swelling and bad taste is there in mouth after scaling also and using three time rexidin m gel and brushing twice

Gingivitis & Periodontitis leads to bleeding gums, swelling, foul odor( smell), and taste. This is usually treated by professional oral prophylaxis( Scaling and polishing) followed by meticulous home care, but unfortunately in medicine 2+2 isn't always 4. Oral health is very intricately related to systemic health(general) and we all need to respect that. Such a condition would require thorough medical screening the rule out any other systemic cause.
