Gum problem
Today I feeling a sharp sore near upper 1 molar in gum ,then I rub it it become sore what it could be it feel like cut ,only sore when touched

Hello,
It may be a ulcer . Ulcer is a break or discontinuity in the epithelium which may be is cause do to prick of sharp tooth or prick of any bone from non veg , any vitamin dificiency it will take 5 to 7 days to heal do not worry and apply dologel 4 times a day and do salt water gargling.
