Periodontal treatment and then Home maintainence with twice a day brushing and flossing. Every 6 months to one year get your scaling done

This is calculus deposits. U have to go for deep scaling of tooth which removes the calculus deposits and after then start with warm saline rinses. And at last apply rexidiene m forte gel on gums and keep it for 30 mins
