Hello, bleeding gums could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.
Hello,
you need to get crowns with good contact and contour for these teeth and regular professional cleaning with Flossing and supplementing it with a mouthwash will reduce bleeding.Consult an Endodontist.

Hi, Please put caps on Rc treated teeth .The caps should have good tight contact to prevent food lodgement as it is the cause for bleeding. Also after you put the cap use interdental brush to keep the area clean.

Its a common problem whenever you have crown or bridges. Food lodgement leads to bleeding. Start using interdental toothbrush or floss to clean in between teeth. Also get professional cleaning done every six months.
