Yes, it's common in pregnancy. It's called pregnancy gingivitis. It happens due to hormonal changes in pregnancy. Don't worry it will subside after delivery. U just have to maintain proper oral hygiene and use some good mouth wash containing chlorhexidine. And warm saline gargles will also be of great help.
