Frequent gum bleeding (2-4 times daily), especially while brushing and after eating. Also having bad mouth and foul smell. Even brushing twice daily is not helping.Gum not swollen. No pain. Please suggest the Dos and Donts...

Bleeding is one of the most common signs of gum disease. Even if your gums are not swollen it is very likely you have active gum disease. Please get yourself checked by a dentist preferably a periodontist to get a line of treatment best suited to your condition.
