Hum below one tooth is swollen. When I touch it it feels like there is liquid inside. No pain in tooth. This is in lower gums.

Hie...it can be a abscess ...u should for an x-ray first because sometimes without pain there is a pulp involvement which needs  rct ..so go for an x-ray asap...
